Abstract

In order to reduce poverty levels, the Indonesian government is supported by the Ministry of Social Affairs which is responsible for carrying out activities in the sectors of social rehabilitation, social security, social empowerment, social protection and handling the poor. One of the programs currently underway at the Ministry of Social Affairs is the Family Hope Program (PKH). One of the subdistricts participating in this program is Lasiana Subdistrict, Kupang City. There are several issues that often occur in Lasiana sub-district, including the lack of public understanding regarding PKH assistance and the processing of PKH participant data has not been carried out properly. As a result, the information submitted is late and inaccurate because it has not been computerized properly. To overcome existing problems, an information system website is needed that can process PKH data in the Lasiana sub-district, Kupang City. In developing this site, a waterfall method approach was used which provides a systematic step-by-step arrangement in software development. The results of this research have the potential to improve the processing and storage of aid recipient data to avoid errors and provide a system to make it easier for the public to obtain information about receiving PKH aid online.
