Abstract

Be Pung Mobile Bank NTT provides easy services for carrying out several online transactions such as balances, internal transfers, online transfers, virtual, Bi-Fast and credit purchases. The Be Pung Mobile Banking application is also available on smartphones with Android OS and iOS. The aim of this research is to determine the usability level of the Be Pung Mobile Bank NTT application. Evaluation is carried out based on user perceptions using the Usability Testing method with the USE Questionnaire. The questionnaire has 5 factors, namely Learnability, Efficiency, Memorability, Error and Satisfaction. These 5 factors are used as independent variables to evaluate the usability level of the Be Pung Mobile Bank NTT application. The results of the research show that the Learnability variable makes a significant contribution to the Usability of Be Pung Mobile Bank NTT by 79.62%, the Efficency variable contributes to the usability of Be Pung Mobile Bank NTT by 80%, the Memorability variable contributes to the Usability of Be Pung Mobile Bank NTT by 78 .98%, the Errors variable contributes to the Usability of Be Pung Mobile Bank NTT by 75.89%. The Satisfaction variable contributes to the Usability of Be Pung Mobile Bank NTT by 81.45%.
