Abstract

This research was written by Cresensiena Reynalda Narus (33120043), Accounting Study Program under the guidance of Supervisor I Mrs. Dr. M. E. Perseveranda, SE., M. Si and Supervisor II Mr. Antonius Y. W. Timuneno, S. Akun, M.S.A with the research title Performance Analysis of Retribution Revenue at the Pasir Putih Beach Tourist Attraction in Kenebibi Village, Kakuluk Mesak District, Belu Regency. This research aims to analyze the Performance of Retribution Receipts, and the factors that influence the Performance of Retribution Receipts at the Pasir Putih Beach tourist attraction in Kenebibi Village, Kakuluk Mesak District, Belu Regency. Research location at the Belu Regency Tourism and Culture Office and at the Pasir Putih Beach tourist attraction. The data used is primary data and secondary data. The method used is descriptive analysis. The results of the research show that levy revenues from Pasir Putih Beach fluctuate from 2019-2023. From this assessment it can be seen that the contribution of tourism to Belu Regency PAD in 2019, 2020 and 2021 is still below the desired standard, while in 2022 it reaches the level which is sufficient and in 2023 it will again become less. Data shows that the growth rate is below 30%, so all years are rated "Unsuccessful", and the effectiveness of levy revenue varies every year, with the highest achievement in 2021 (88.83%) and the lowest in 2022 (56.48%). This shows that efforts to achieve the target have not been completely successful, although there has been improvement in several years. Qualitative analysis identified several factors that influence levy revenue performance, including management policies, promotions, and infrastructure conditions. Efficiency and effectiveness calculations show that levy management still needs to be improved to achieve optimal PAD targets. Suggestions require a good levy management system to increase the efficiency of levy collection, add and improve facilities and develop ecotourism programs that involve local communities in managing and preserving the environment around tourist attractions.
