The main problem in this research is How is Community Participation in Self-Maturation Efforts through the Kiki Ngi'i Traditional Ceremony (Cutting Teeth) in Lo'a Village, So'a District, Ngada Regency? This research examines community participation in efforts to mature themselves through the Kiki Ngi'i (Tooth Cutting) traditional ceremony in Lo'a Village, So'a District, Ngada Regency. Qualitative descriptive methods are used to describe the important role of this ceremony in strengthening cultural identity and morality in Lo'a society. The research results highlight the importance of involving the younger generation in understanding and inheriting cultural values as well as integrating education about the Kiki Ngi'i tradition in the local education curriculum. This research shows that the Kiki Ngi'i tooth-cutting ceremony is not only a means of marking the transition from childhood to adulthood, but also plays a key role in shaping the cultural identity of the Lo'a people and strengthening social cohesion. In addition, community participation in this ceremony can be linked to various aspects of development such as inclusive public administration, moral and social balance, reducing sexual harassment and early marriage, as well as increasing the human development index. Strengthening local cultural values also supports cultural revitalization and sustainable development based on local wisdom.
