Abstract
This thesis entitled "The Influence of Work Discipline, Organizational Culture and Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Performance at the Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency (BKPSDM) of Kupang Regency" was written by Beby Minda Suharti Lubalu, NIM 811212019, supervised by P. Dr. Philipus Tulle, SVD as the main supervisor and Anggraeny Paridy, SE, M.Si as the member supervisor. This study aims to determine the Influence of Work Discipline, Organizational Culture and Transformational Leadership Style on Employee Performance at the Human Resources Development and Personnel Agency (BKPSDM) of Kupang Regency both partially and simultaneously. The results of this study are expected to contribute to science in the field of human resource management in order to provide solutions for improving performance in organizations or agencies in order to improve organizational performance. This study is quantitative and its population is 77 people from all employees. The type of data used in this study is based on the nature, namely quantitative data and qualitative data and based on sources, namely primary data and secondary data. The data collection technique of this research is by questionnaire and documentation study. The description of performance, work discipline, organizational culture and transformational leadership style at BKPSDM Kupang Regency is very good, seen from the results of descriptive data analysis. The results of the study indicate that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the regression coefficient on the work discipline variable partially has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, thus the hypothesis is accepted. Organizational culture can be concluded that Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted, meaning that the regression coefficient on the organizational culture variable partially (individual) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, thus the hypothesis is accepted. Leadership style can be concluded that Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, meaning that the reference coefficient on the leadership style variable partially (individual) does not have a negative and significant effect on employee performance, thus the hypothesis is accepted. Work discipline, organizational culture and transformational leadership style simultaneously affect the performance of BKPSDM Kupang Regency employees, thus the alternative hypothesis is accepted.
