Abstract

Mail services and administrative services in Golo Wuas Village currently still use a manual or written system, especially when submitting letters and collecting citizen data. This can result in delays in processing letters, accumulation of data and loss of citizen data, which can disrupt the mail service process. This research aims to develop a web-based information system by providing an effective platform so that it can overcome these problems and make it easier for Golo Wuas village employees to collect data and provide services to the community. This system development methodology uses a structured software development approach with stages of analysis, design, implementation and testing. This system uses PHP and MYSQL database for information storage. Tests were carried out using the black box method and the test results showed that the document service and population administration information system in Golo Wuas village could run well on various devices and browsers. With this system, it is hoped that it can help and make it easier for Golo Wuas village officials to collect data and provide mail services to the community
