Abstract

Imelda Nulle, Registration Number 33120034 with the thesis title “Utilization of Fixed Asset Buildings to Support Local Revenue of East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government: Case Study of Ruko Friendship Naikoten 1”. Supervised by Mr. Leopold M.T Dawu, SE., MM and Mrs. Beatrix Yunarti Manehat, SE., M.S.A, The research problem formulation is (1) How can the evaluation of the utilization of fixed asset buildings Ruko Friendship Naikoten 1 be optimized to support local revenue of the East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government? (2) What are the factors influencing the utilization of fixed asset buildings, particularly in the context of supporting local revenue? (3) How can the strategies and evaluation of the utilization of fixed asset buildings support local revenue? The objectives of this research are to evaluate the utilization of fixed asset buildings to increase local revenue, identify and analyze the factors influencing the utilization of fixed asset buildings, and evaluate the strategies for utilizing fixed asset buildings to support local revenue. The data collection methods used are interviews and documentation. The data analysis technique is qualitative descriptive by comparing the utilization of fixed asset buildings conducted by the government with relevant theories. The research results show that (1) The utilization of fixed asset buildings Ruko Friendship Naikoten 1 is not yet optimal due to constraints such as budget limitations . (2) The factors influencing the utilization of these fixed asset buildings include lack of routine maintenance, limited funds for repairs and facility improvements, and minimal promotion and marketing. (3) Strategies to improve the utilization of fixed asset buildings include increasing maintenance budgets, improving repair funds, enhancing facilities, and boostig promotion and marketing. Recommendations to (1) The East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government need to allocate adequate budgets for the maintenance and repair of fixed asset buildings to increase their contribution to local revenue. (2) Future researchers can conduct studies on other fixed asset buildings within the scope of the East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Government to provide a more comprehensive overview of the utilization of fixed assets in supporting local revenue.
