Abstract

The increase in motorized vehicles in the city of Kupang is quite high so that more and more vehicle owners must carry out their obligations as vehicle owners, including paying taxpayers, renewing vehicle registration numbers (vehicle registration numbers), changing vehicle number plates and transferring vehicles. But often taxpayers have problems when they have to pay vehicle tax, such as incomplete conditions, payment processes that are not understood, and also still see a less orderly scene that is related to tax management by taxpayers who use the services of brokers or intermediaries so that expenditure will be released more. The method used to build this application is the multimedia development method. Some stages are prescribing, designing, collecting materials, making, testing and distributing. This application is built using Macromedia Flash 8. The resulting application can display the tax payment procedures and multimedia-based motor vehicle mutations to facilitate the delivery of information on how to pay tax and vehicle mutation correctly and can improve tax payment services and transfer of motorized vehicles at the Kupang City One-Stop Administration System.
