Abstract

Alessandro Mariano Nanlohy Gonsrtal, Nim:33119015, with the thesis title "Analysis of Fixed Asset Security at the Education and Culture Office of Ende Regency". Under the guidance of Mrs. Maria Goreti Malut, SE, MM as supervisor I and Mr. Alfonsus Rodriques Suninono, SE, M.Ak as supervisor II. The problems raised in this study are: Analyzing how to secure fixed assets at the Ende Regency Education and Culture Office according to Permendagri Number 19 of 2016. The purpose of This study is to find out the security of assets and the factors that inhibit the security of fixed assets at the Education and Culture Office of Ende Regency. This research uses a qualitative method. The data collection techniques carried out are interviews and documentation. This type of research is qualitative research with a descriptive analysis approach. This research was conducted using documentation techniques and interviews with parties involved in securing fixed assets. The results of this study show that the security of fixed assets from legal, administrative, and physical security can be said to be in accordance with Permendagri No. 19 of 2016 even though the security of fixed assets is still constrained by several factors, namely resources, understanding of the legal basis regarding the security of fixed assets, and supervision from leaders that affect the security of fixed assets does not run optimally. Based on these results, it is suggested that in the future the Education and Culture Office needs to pay attention to more optimal fixed asset security, follow up on the findings of BPK-RI related to the findings of fixed assets that occur, and complete all assets with complete data and documents, so that it can have a positive impact that the Education and Culture Office works to secure optimally.
