Abstract

Widya Mandira Catholic University often holds various events such as seminars, competitions and other activities involving students, staff and the general public. However, information about events is often not conveyed properly due to the lack of a structured system for recording and publishing these activities. This research aims to design a Widya Mandira Catholic University Event Information Submission Application that can assist the Cooperation Bureau in recording and displaying activity agendas in calendar form. This research uses the waterfall software development method which consists of five main stages: requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. With this information system, it is hoped that it can simplify the event data collection process, increase information accessibility for students and the community, and improve event management at Widya Mandira Catholic University. This system will integrate various sources of information and display event data in a structured manner, so that users can easily find out schedules and information related to events that will or are currently taking place.
