Abstract

In essence, the establishment of the One-Stop Integrated Service Office (KPTSP) as an organization dedicated to serving the community directly can be considered as a new innovation or breakthrough in local government management, meaning that the formation of this organization has empirically produced results in the form of increased productivity of public services, at least quantitatively. The research methods used in this paper are data collection methods and analysis methods, in the data collection method in the form of primary data derived from direct observation techniques. While the analysis method is in the form of the theory used in this study. One-Stop Integrated Service Office building planning that is able to accommodate all activities or services under one roof. The planning of the One- Stop Integrated Service Office building can be carried out using the Vernacular architecture method. This method applies cultural and environmental variables to create architectural forms that combine modern and traditional architecture. The design of the One-Stop Integrated Service Office uses elements of Malacca vernacular architecture such as the shape of the roof and ornaments applied to the One-Stop Integrated Service Office building.
