Abstract

The purpose of this study is to find out Analyzing the Success of Collaborative Governance in Parking Levy Governance at the Kupang City Transportation Office. The method used in this study is the qualitative method. The data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis used is qualitative description analysis. The theory used is the theory by Ansell and Gash. The results of the research on the face-to-face dialogue indicator show that face-to-face dialogue is an important tool that can strengthen the cooperation of all parties in finding the best solution. This can have a positive impact on the efficiency, effectiveness and welfare of the community in parking transactions. The indicator of building trust shows parking management. It is an ongoing process that requires commitment from all parties. Continuous efforts to improve transparency, fairness, and quality of service are essential. By building trust, the parking management system will be more effective, sustainable, and provide benefits for all parties involved. Commitment to the process of parking management in Kupang City is the core of the implementation of collaborative governance. So that parking management will be more effective and sustainable, increasing comfort, safety, and efficiency in the use of parking facilities. The indicator of mutual understanding in parking management in Kupang City shows that collaborative governance is very effective if all parties show awareness to collaborate and understand each other. By respecting each other and exchanging information, the parking management system will be more efficient, responsive, and sustainable. This ensures the welfare and satisfaction of all parties.
