Abstract

This type of research is a quantitative descriptive survey, this research aims to analyze how effective the management of BOS funds is at SDK Sadi. Data collection techniques were carried out using observation techniques, questionnaires, and documentation. The respondents in this study were 30 people consisting of; principal, school treasurer, 2 school committee members,8 teachers, 3 parents, and 15 students. Data analysis in this study used the average X formula. The results showed how effective the management of BOS funds for facilities and infrastructure was in achieving the predetermined objectives. With several indicators used by the author to analyze how effective the management of BOS funds is at SDK Sadi, among others: (1) Program Understanding, (2) On Target, (3) On Time, (4) Achievement of Goals, (5) Real Change.
