Abstract

Resort hotels are a type of accommodation ideally suited to areas with beautiful views, such as coastal areas. They utilize the beach as their primary attraction, with sand, waves, and vegetation as their backdrop. With the development of the tourism sector and the level of community need for entertainment and recreation, every region that has tourism potential will develop and be optimally utilized as an attractive tourist area for visitors. There are so many tourism and potentials in the Kawaliwu tourist area, but there are still so many tourist attractions in East Flores that have not been optimally utilized as attractive tourist areas for tourists. The current global environmental development is caused by human economic activities, and the worsening of the environment due to these activities affects the earth as a whole both now and in the future, currently global warming is one of the most serious problems among environmental problems that cause increasing temperatures, temperature changes and rising sea levels, having a major impact on the basis of human existence. In addition, it has an impact on health and the environment. Sustainable architecture is an approach to building design and construction that takes into account environmental impact, energy efficiency, occupant well-being, and positive contributions to the surrounding community. Its goals include: Reducing carbon footprint and pollution, Utilizing resources efficiently, Producing buildings that are energy efficient and healthy in the long term.
