Abstract

This data collection uses a descriptive-qualitative method, using primary data (focusing on collecting data through the field, which is done by going directly to the research location to collect data, especially using the interview method related to the problems to be discussed, with a theoretical framework that is the Performance Concept. This analysis aims to see the performance of the Trade Service in managing the Kalabahi Presidential Instruction market in Alor Regency. The results of the research show that the Alor Regency Government, through collaboration with the Trade Service, continues to manage the Kalabahi Presidential Market as an effort to grow the community's economy through a work program that looks at the market situation which is increasingly crowded and visited by the public. Current market development is through the community's thoughts during the sub-district development meeting and then offered as an urgent idea that must be realized. The Inpres Market is improving and arranging the place so that sellers of vegetables, garden produce and fish are positioned in separate blocks so that buyers can shop in an orderly manner. Not only that, the government is also arranging two-wheeled and four-wheeled parking locations, placing the services of parking guards, security officers, cleaners, by providing rubbish bins so that public awareness is always there.
