Abstract
The current research aimed at(1)finding and analyzingthe positive and significantinfluence of leadership on job satisfaction ofState Civil Apparatuses in Work Training UPTDof NTT Province; (2) knowing and analyzingthe positive and significant influence oforganizational support for job satisfaction ofState Civil Apparatuses in Work Training UPTDof NTT Province; and(3)identifying and analyzingthe positive and significant effect ofmotivation on job satisfaction ofState Civil Apparatuses in Work Training UPTD of NTTProvince.The populationof the currentstudy were allState Civil Apparatuses in WorkTraining UPTD of NTT Province. There were45 people.Next, two techniques of analyzingdata were applied, namely descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysisusing theSEM-PLS application.The results of the descriptive statistical analysis showed that the variables of jobsatisfaction, leadership, organizational support, work motivationofState Civil Apparatusesin Work Training UPTD,NTT Province,were good enough. The results of the path analysishaveshownthat leadership (2.329; sig 0.020), organizational support (3.129; sig 0,002),work motivation (4.210; sig 0,000) haveinfluencedjob satisfaction ofState Civil Apparatusesin Work Training UPTD of NTT Province.The results of the determination coefficient (R2)have shownthat the ability of leadership variables, organizational support,andworkmotivation,in explainingthe variable job satisfaction was69,6%.Based on the results ofthe currentstudy, it is suggested that the head of themanagement ofwork trainingUPTDinNTT Provinceshouldimprove leadership, especiallyon the indicators of paying attention to the feelings ofemployees, increasing organizationalsupport,especially onthe appreciationindicators,andincreasing work motivation,especially onindicators of the need for achievement and power.
