Abstract

The Formulation of Problems from the Research is 1) What is the Village Financial Management Cycle in Bomari Village, Bajawa District, Ngada Regency? 2) What are the Factors Inhibiting the Village Financial Management Cycle in Bomari Village, Bajawa District,NgadaRegency?This study aims to determine the Village Financial Management Cycle in Bomari Village, Bajawa District, Ngada Regency and to find out the factors that hinder the Village Fund Financial Management Cycle in Bomari Village, Bajawa District, Ngada Regency. The analysis method used is descriptive analysis. The data used in this study are Secondary Data and Primary Data with research subjects consisting of Village Government and Bomari VillageCommunity.The results of this study indicate that the Analysis of Village Fund Budget Management is less effective. Based on the results of the study, the planning stage was less effective, because in the development activities the community participation was still very low due to the lack of information conveyed by the Bomari village government to the community. The Implementation Phase based on the results of the research was still ineffective, even though the village fund budget had been completed properly, but the lack of information related to Planning Implementation activities by the village government to the Bomari village community, so that the achievement of budget management objectives carried out in the village of Bomari was less effective. The administration stage by the village government of Bomari was effective, because the administration carried out in the village of Bomari was in accordance with existing regulations. Namely with the existence of a General Cash Book, Tax Assistant Cash Book and Bank Book. The reporting stage in the management of the village fund budget has not been effective, as seen from the village government of Bomari not yet reporting activities in accordance with the specified time schedule seen from the completion of the second phase. The stage of accountability in village fund management was not effective because the formulation of accountability reports was not compiled by the Bomari village government and there was no evaluation of activities that should have been carried out with the Bomari village community.
