Abstract

The objectives of this study are 1) Knowing the description of the quality of licensing services at the East Nusa Tenggara Province One Stop Investment Service and Integrated Services, 2) To analyze the reliability affects the quality of licensing services at the Nusa Tenggara Province One Stop Investment Service and Integrated Services. East Southeast, and 3) To analyze responsiveness, it affects the quality of licensing services at the Office of Investment and One Stop Services, East Nusa Tenggara Province.This research uses quantitative data because in its implementation it includes data, analysis and interpretation of the meaning of the data obtained, with the data sources used are primary data and secondary data. Primary data in question is using a list of questions (questionnaire) with a significant degree of 5%. While the secondary data used is data on the number of licensing arrangements in 2018-2019. The number of samples in this study were 30 responsive which were then processed using Smart PLS and analyzed using descriptive statistical analysis techniques and inferential statistics with two tests, namely instrument testing and hypothesis testing. The instrument test itself consists of a validity test and a reliability test.The results showed that: the variable reliability and responsiveness only had an effect of 11.00% on the general description of service quality at the Investment Service and One Stop Integrated Licensing Service, East Nusa Tenggara Province. Meanwhile, for the calculation results of each variable, it is found that the responsiveness variable is the most influential variable significantly and positively, on the other hand the reliability variable does not have a significant effect.The results of the analysis in this study indicate that in terms of the dimensions of reliability and responsiveness, the picture of service quality at the Investment Service and One Stop Integrated Licensing Service of East Nusa Tenggara Province is very good, so it can be said that these two dimensions do not affect the decrease in the number of licensing arrangements.
