Abstract

In this case, a system design is carried out to assist the implementing unit of the Hope Family Program in making decisions about beneficiaries of the Hope Family Program (PKH). With this application, it is hoped that the UPPKH of Kupang City will make it easier to determine PKH beneficiaries so that they are more accurate and on target. Accurate and on target data will minimize wasted time in field surveys and can use the system being designed. UPPKH Kupang City is still experiencing several problems and problems in determining the recipients of the Family Hope Program (PKH) assistance. Namely, PKH Facilitators must conduct a direct survey in determining who deserves or does not receive assistance, participants can also provide recommendations by PKH Facilitators, so that the assistance provided does not match PKH targets. The recorded data still uses paper which is prone to loss, wetness and even burning. Therefore we need a system or application that makes it easier for the UPPKH to determine who will receive PKH assistance. So that PKH assistance can be received by families who are the target of PKH assistance. Safely store stored and archived reports.
