Abstract

The abjectives of this study are (1)to analyze influence of needs tariffs water clean the effect of GRDP at the current price and quantities population partially with the company with regional water companies (pdam) in the city of kupang. (2) to analyze the effect of the effect of the need for clean water tariffs,thethe effect of GRDP at the current price and the number of inhabitants simultaneously on the demand for clean water in the city of kupang. This study uses quantitative data that is data obtained in the form fnumbers.The source of the data used in this study is secondary data that is the source of research data obtained indirectly through intermediary media or obtained and recorded by other parties. This research is then processed using spss 20 analyzed with data analysis techniques,namely (1) inferential statistics consisting of multiple linear regression analysis (2) classic assumption tests consisting of normality test, multicolinearity test, heterokedasticity test and autocorrelation test (3) hypothesis test consisting of t test, f test and coefficient of determination (R2). From the results of this study indicate that clean water tariffs,the effect of GRDP at the current price, and population simultaneously affect the demand for clean water in Kupang city received 95% confidence level. Partially clean water tariffs, the effect of GRDP at the current price, and total population have a positive effect on demand clean water in Kupang city. With the result of the (R2).Determination coefficient of 0,983% or 98,3% the dependent variable of clean water demand can be explained by the independent variables of clean water tariff, the effect of GRDP at the current price and population, while 1,7% is explained from the variable variables included in this model.The adjusted (R2) value shows a strong relationship between the dependent and independent variables that influence it Seeing the results of the analysis,it is recommended to the government of the city of Kupang to increase human resources (HR) in order to pay close attention to the operational standards set by the company (PDAM), so that they can be carried out properly and effectively.
