Abstract
The purposen of writing this paper is an effort to improve chemistry learning outcomes. The discussion method used in this paper is literature review.from these studies it was found that the improvement of learning outcomes could be improved trough the application of the Discovery learning approach. Based on the results of studies from several articels it was found that discovery learning could improve learning outcomes in chemistry. This is because the steps in the in line with chemistry learning outcome. The increase in chemistry learning outcomes is strongly supported by the role of the teacher in every step of implementing the discovery learning approach. Based on the literature review of severa articels, it can be concluded that the discovery learning approach is proven to improve student learning outcomes in chemistry learning
