Abstract
The main problem in this study is th effect of time and interest in learning on student achievement in mathematics, sothis study aimsto: (a) determine the effect of time on learning achievement in mathematics (b) determine the effect of interest in learning on mathematics achievement (c) the effect of study time and interest in learning on mathematics learning achievement. This type of research is quantitative research. Statistical analysis technique with multiple regression method. Thisresearch was carried out at Tuafanu Junior High School, TTS Regency, the population in this study were all students of class VIII B Tuafanu Junior High School which consisted of 3 classes, whilethesample in this study was 1 of 3 classes using simple random sampling technique. The instruments in this study were a study time questionnaire and a learning interest questionnaire. The results showed that there was an effect of study time and interest in learning on mathematics learning achievement. This can be obtained through the results of the analysis where the significant value is 0.024 0.05 and F ͭͭͭͭͭͭͭͭ ͭͭͭͭͭͭͭͭ ͭͭͭͭͭͭͭͭ ͭͭͭͭͭͭͭͭ ͭͭͭͭͭͭͭͭ ͭͭͭͭͭͭͭͭ ͭͭͭͭͭͭͭͭ ͭͭͭͭͭͭͭͭ count = 4.275 >Ftable = 3.33 then Ho is rejected, meaning that there is an effect of learning time and interest in learning on mathematics learning achievement of junior highs chool students during the pandemic based on the results of SPSS 22.0 output. For windows, F testof study timeandinterest in learning on mathematics learning achievement of junior high school students during the pandemic. Based on there search, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect between study time and interest in learning on the mathematics learning achievement of junior highs chool students during the pandemic.
