Abstract

This study entitled "Impact of Land Use Changes on Parking Space Capacity (Case Study of Jalan R.W. Monginsidi III)", has a problem formulation of what is the parking index value, what is the impact of land use change on parking spaces, alternative efforts to control parking areas. The purpose of this study is to determine the value of the parking index, to determine the impact of land use changes, alternative control of the problems that occur. This research was carried out by direct observation at locations that require data for entering and leaving vehicles in business units, parking space dimensions, building floor area data, parking space unit data according to vehicle type, in the data processing process requires secondary data including provisions for parking space unit sizes. , to find out the planned parking index and the existing parking index, it is known by using vehicle accumulation with data on the parking area dimension.
