Abstract

The Belu Regency Religious Office is one of the government agencies that oversees the Religion teachers in Belu Regency. This ministry has 32 Catholic teachers at the SMA/SMK level. The Ministry of Religion of Belu Regency as an entity of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia is located in the autonomous region of Belu Regency, established in 1969. Teachers are adults, whose role is obliged to provide education to students. In realizing competent teachers, a teacher performance assessment strategy is needed that is carried out objectively, transparently and through a special method that can be trusted for its accuracy. This study uses the TOPSIS (Technique For Order Preference by Similarity 0 Ideal Solution) method. In determining the assessment of teacher performance, it is agreed upon the assessment criteria. Criteria for assessing teacher performance: Attendance (C1), Period of Service (C2), Education (C3). .With the Web-Based Application for Monitoring the Performance of Catholic Religion Teachers in Belu Regency using the TOPSIS (Technique For Others Reference by Similarity to Ideal Solution) method, the assessment of the performance results of the best teacher is: Anastasya Nahas, S.Pd with a score of 0.80806147298946.
