Abstract

Thesis this title Segmentation Voters (Study Case Chosen Mother Florence Parera in the 5th electoral district , Kota Komba sub-district On Election 2019 Legislature in the District Manggarai East ). Formulas problem in writing thesis this is How Segmentation Voters ( Study Case Chosen Mother Florence Parera in the 5th electoral district , Kota Komba sub-district On Election 2019 Legislature in the District Manggarai East ). The theory used by researcher in solve problem study is Theory Segmentation Voter according to Adman Nursal who emphasized on Segmentation Demographics, Behavior and Cohort. Study this use method descriptive qualitative. Technique data collection used is interviews, observations, and documentation. Stage data analysis is done through data reduction , data presentation , stages withdrawal conclusion then analyzed by descriptive qualitative . Results study show that (1) Segmentation Demographics marked , there is mapping picker By 3 categories group age that is picker beginners (17-21 years old ), group young (22-30 years old and group old (30 years to above ) while segmentation based on profession conducted with give help means sport namely volleyball, foot ball and the equipment for picker beginner , do cutting loan flower cooperative as big as by 25%, do milling paddy and fall free for Required choose picker group young and elders in the V. gender segmentation carried out by Mother Florence Parera in the form of attend lottery club Moms especially related with wuat wai ( party school ) and socialize self to picker woman that Mother Florence Parera is representation or the only one candidate woman of 4 Villages that is Overtime , Pong Ruan , Ruan . segmentation based on level education conducted in the form of through campaign stare advance and socialization from house to house in skeleton campaign vision and mission Mother Florence Parera in capacity in operate function legislation , (2) Segmentation Behavior marked , do mapping and offer work program on solution for something existing problems _ like clean water problem , road Raya , empowerment woman and opening Street farmer village to picker rational . Segmentation Behavior Voter Emotional conducted with To do mapping picker based on connection work in the cooperative , as well as region , tribe / ethnicity until connection kinship . (3) Segmentation Cohort marked , there is presence Mrs. Florence Parera in follow activity social, economic and religious in people in Dapil V ( Komba City District ) especially in the Overtime Village, Pong Ruan, Ruan dan Mbengan. Based on results conclusion above _ could submitted some suggestions are Need existence strengthening and Education Politics done _ by Government Regency Manggarai East, Party Political and Element Organizer Election namely KPU and Supervisor Election that is Bawaslu to voters in Dapil V, Kota Komba sub - district Regency Manggarai East to be rational voter _ in determine choice political
