Abstract

This study consist of three main problems that is there any significant effect of mathematics ability connection on student learning achievement class XI IPA SMAN 1 Kupang mid even semester school year 2016/2017?, is there any significant effect of how to learn mathematics on student learning achievement class XI IPA SMAN 1 Kupang mid even semester school year 2016/2017?, is there any significant effect of mathematics ability connection on student learning achievement class XI IPA SMAN 1 Kupang Tengah mid even semester school year 2016/2017?. The type of this study is quantitative research and statistic analysis which use multiple regression analysis. Data analysis performed using SPSS 22.00 for windows program. From the result of SPSS 22 for windows, based on normality test, linearity test, and multikolinearity mathematics connection ability and how to learn mathematics have an effect on student learning achievement. On multiple regression analysis mathematics connection analysis and how to learn mathematics have an effect on student learning achievement and obtained regression equation Y = 31,070 + 0,441 X1 – 0,067 X2 and Fc = 3,433 > 3,25 Ftable so reject H0, that means there is any effect between mathematics conection ability and how to learn mathematics on student learning achievement class XI IPA SMAN 1 Kupang Tengah mid even semester school year 2016/2017. Based on the result of SPSS 22 for windows, F test mathematics connection ability and how to learn mathematics have an effect on student learning achievement and on t test, mathematics connection ability also have an effect on student learning achevement, while there is not any significant effect how to learn mathematics on student learning achievement. Based the result of the study, researches conclude that simultanously there is significant effect of mathematics connection ability and how to learn mathematics on student learning achievement class XI IPA SMAN 1 Kupang Tengah mid even semester school year 2016/2017, while partially there is sigificant effect of mathematics connection ability on student learning achievement class XI IPA SMAN 1 Kupang tengah mid even semester school year 2016/2017, however there is not significant effect of how to learn mathematics on student learning achievement class XI IPA SMAN 1 Kupang Tengah mid even semester school year 2016/2017.
