Abstract
The problem in this research was the students' low mathematics learning achievement in class VII Middle Kupang Junior High School 6 (SATAP) second semester 2018/2019 school year. The objectives are formulated in detail as follows: 1) To describe the implementation 2) To describe student learning achievement and 3) To determine whether there is a significant effect. The type of research used is Pre Experimental Design with the form of a research group One Pretest-Posttest Design. The sample in this research was class VIIA as many as 30 students who were randomly selected from 3 classes, the subjects were students. Data collection used is observation, tests and interviews. Data analysis in this research is the result of observation, achievement of indicators and t-test. From the results obtained, it shows that tcount = 17.427 and ttable = 2.045 at the significance level of 5% So that tcount > ttable then H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted so it can be concluded that there is a significant effect on mathematics learning achievement of class VII junior high school students.
