Abstract
This thesis was guided by Mrs. Emiliana Martuti Lawalu, SE, ME as counselor I and Mr. Adrianus Ketmoen, SE, MM as counseling II. Considering the importance of financing / credit products to improve the welfare of the community, in this case the customer, if viewed from the total amount of Mekaar distribution channeled by non-bank financial services, in this case PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero), Maulafa Branch, Kupang City, is known to have experienced an increase in distribution. an increase from 2017-2019. Research with the title "Analysis of the Effect of Credit Distribution Fostering the Economy of Prosperous Families (Mekaar) PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Maulafa Branch Against Increased Customer Revenue". Mekaar is a service from PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) which is a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) formed by the government with the intent and purpose in order to empower micro and small businesses. One of them is Mekaar at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) at the Maulafa Branch in Kupang City. This study aims to determine how the influence of capital, loans, and selling prices to increase the income of Mekaar customers at PT Permdoalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Branch Maulafa, Kupang City. This type of research is qualitative descriptive using the Slovin formula and Snowbal sampling technique to obtain 100 respondents. Based on the analysis of the data used in this research that is descriptive it can be concluded that the capital (X1) of Mekaar's customers has a positive effect on increasing customer income because one of the factors for respondents to make loans or loans at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Branch Maulafa that must have a business . Likewise, the loan (X2) which ranges from less than Rp.5,000,000 (five million rupiah) has a positive effect on increasing customer income because it aims to increase the business capital of Mekaar customers. While the selling price (X3) of the respondents did not positively influence the increase in customer income, because the selling price was determined by the number and type of business of the respondent or Mekaar's customers. This is evident that the amount of income (Y) of respondents or Mekaar customers has increased compared to the income of respondents before getting a loan / credit at PT Permodalan Nasional Madani (Persero) Branch Maulafa.
