Abstract

The aims of this research are (1). To find out how much Capital (X1) is to the income of clove farmers in Jawapogo Village, Mauponggo District, Nagekeo Regency. (2). To find out how much land area (X2) is to the income of clove farmers in Jawpogo Village, Mauponggo District, Nagekeo Regency. (3). To find out how many workers (3X) to the income of clove farmers in Jawapogo Village, Mauponggo District, Nagekeo Regency. This research is quantitative data. The data source used in this research is primary data. There were 50 samples in this study using the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression and hypothesis testing, with the help of SPSS 23 for windows software. From the results of this study is that simultaneously the independent variable (income). For partial land area, capital and labor have a significant and positive effect on income. Based on the results of the regression calculation R squared of 399, the independent variable explains the variation in the income of clove farmers in Jawapogo Village, Mauponggo District, Nagekeo Regency, which is quite large and then the rest is explained by other variables outside the study. Based on the results of the data and discussion that was found, the following conclusions were obtained: (1). Capital (X) has a significant effect on the income of clove farmers because the more capital available, the quality of labor will increase on labor income. (2). Labor (X2) has a significant effect on the income of clove farmers because the more people use it, the faster the work during the main harvest and is able to minimize the relatively long working time so as to prevent fruit spoilage due to delays in sorting. (2). Land area (X3) has a significant effect on the income of clove farmers because the larger the land planted or owned, the higher the income. One of the efforts to increase the perception of clove farmers is hoped that the parties concerned will provide agricultural tools to clove farmers.
