Abstract

The need for a place to release tired and tired after doing activities is increasing. This is also very supportive in increasing regional income, thus encouraging the Government to develop tourist destination areas that have the potential and interest of tourists. One of the potential tourist destinations and attracts tourists is Fatumnasi. Mountain tourism destinations are very interesting and exotic with many tourist areas that cannot be visited in a day. Therefore, it is necessary to have a resort hotel that can accommodate tourists who will travel to all tourist areas in Fatumnasi. The resort hotel provided is also a resort hotel that describes the identity and characteristics of the locality or customs and customs and architecture of the local area. Researchers do planning and design with a survey directly to the field, to determine the feasibility of all existing facilities. Answering the problem of tourist destinations in Fatumnasi, which requires a resort hotel concept and design by applying a vernacular architectural transformation that gives the impression of culture and is friendly to the community when tourists or residents are in Fatumnasi.
