Abstract

The purpose of this study is 1)To analyze the User Satisfaction Level of Electronic Procurement Services at the Bureau of Goods and Services Procurement of the NTT Province Regional Secretariat. 2)To determine the effect of product quality,partially on the User Satisfaction Level of Electronic Procurement Services at the NTT Provincial Secretariat for Procurement of Goodsand Services. 3)To find out the effect of service quality, partially on the User Satisfaction Level of Electronic Procurement Services at the Bureau of Procurement of Goods and Services of the NTT Province Regional Secretariat.4)To determine the effectof emotional factors,partially on the UserSatisfaction Level of Electronic Procurement Services in the Bureau of Procurement of Goods and Services of the NTT Province Regional Secretariat. 5)To determine the effect of Price, partially on the User Satisfaction Level of Electronic Procurement Services in the Bureau of Procurement of Goods and Services of the NTT Province Regional Secretariat. 6) To find out the effect of Cost and Ease, partially on the User Satisfaction Level of Electronic Procurement Services at the Bureau of Procurement of Goods and Services of the NTT Province Regional Secretariat.This study uses Quantitative Data, a type of data that can be measured or calculated directly, in the form of information or explanation stated by numbers orin the form of numbers. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data with a significant level of 10%. There were 99 samples in this study analyzed using inferential statistics and then processed using Partial Least Square (PLS) using Three Components, namely, 1). Structural Model (Inner Model) 2). Measurement / Outer Model 3). Weighting Scheme.The results were obtained: Service Quality, Price, Cost and Ease Does Not Significantly affect User Satisfaction Electronic Procurement Services While Product Quality and Emotional Factors significantly influence User Satisfaction User Services Procurement Services Electronically. From the results of this study,it issuggested that Electronic Procurement Services (LPSE)atthe NTT Provincial Secretariat Procurement of Goods and Services to improveservice quality, prices, and Cost and Easeaccording to specifications.
