Abstract
Communication information technology (ICT) is a means of supporting education through information technology communication can be done learning without limits of space and time the form of activity and the technology is advanced and reliable e-learningand multimedia. Multimedia programs through education ICT can be packed with interesting and audiobased- video to be accessed directly by students or junior high school students (JHS) space without time limit and distance’ The purpose of this research is to develop ICT based learning media multimedia to help students at the Junior High School teaching lesson in the process space is more space is more effective and interactive. The methods used in the research are the stages of the development of multimedia with some satges namely,(1) Consept that is making the concept and user programs,(2) Design that is manufacture specification with regard to architectur force,viewand needs programm,(3) Collecting material that is gathering the ingredients according to your needs ,(4) Asembly that is manufacture all object programme, (5) Testing that is against programme,(6) Distribution that is distributing the program used are micromedia flash 8 and the programming language used is Action Script Based on test result that have done to 30 students showed that 27 students gives result very good of this application, 2 students gives result good of this application and 1 student gives result enought of this applciation.
