Abstract

Credit Union Kasih Sejahtera KCP Lakaan is an institution that provides savings and loan services to customers. In providing savings and loan services, it is not uncommon for customers to experience delays in paying bills or are called bad credit. Credit is said to be bad when the customer is unable to pay the bill as agreed. The cooperative must carry out an analysis of the causes of the bad credit by using previously owned credit data. Credit data owned by the Union Kasih Sejaterah KCP Lakaan Credit institution can be analyzed using Data Mining. Where the data is classified using the Naïve Bayes Classifier method in calculating the level of probability in each value of the target attribute in each customer credit case.
