Abstract

Flooding is a natural disaster that has often occurred in the Malacca Regency area, especially in West Malacca District where flooding occurs almost every year, the Regional Disaster Management Agency (BPBD) as a disaster-related agency is responsible for providing logistical needs. This provision requires the latest disaster event data from BPBD's specialized team at the scene. The team is called the Rapid Response Team (TRC). TRC sends the latest data via email to BPBD to be analyzed manually. In building a Decision Support System (SPK) for the supply of logistics for flood disasters in West Malacca District. The system was built using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method. The Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method breaks down complex logistical assistance problems into simple parts in the form of a hierarchy so that the problem becomes more structured and systematic. This system uses five criteria for consideration, namely, the number of deaths, the number of injuries and refugees, property losses, infrastructure damage, and flood areas. The result of the system is supporting material that can be taken into consideration in making decisions on providing logistical assistance.
