Abstract

The study was written by Angela Desy Sasi (31115116) economic development Course under the guidance of I Mr. Daniel Taolin, SE,M.Si, and supervisor II Mother Enike Tje Yustin Dima. SE,ME with the title of the study "analysis of Village Fund Management Planning in Fatutasu Village, West Miomaffo District Timor Tengah Utara Regency". The purpose of this study is: to find out and analyze the suitability of village fund management planning in Fatutasu Village West Miomaffo District Timor Tengah Utara Regency with village fund management planning according to the Minister of Domestic Affairs Regulation Number 113 of 2014. This study uses qualitative data, namely data in the form of words or tangible verbal statements, not in the form of numbers. Qualitative data is obtained through various types of data collection techniques such as interviews, document analysis, focused discussions, or observations that have been stated in the field notes (trancripts). The data sources used are primary data, namely data obtained directly from respondents desired by researchers, both through interviews with resource persons, and other field data collection. The primary data needed is the response of the village goverment and the community about village fund planning so far. The results of the study indicate that the draft village regulation on the Village Budget of Revenue and Expenditure (APBDes) was prepared by the village secretary. After the secretary prepares the draft village head to be agreed with the Village Consultative Body (BPD). After all agreed and assumed that the draft APBDes had been completed, the village secretary would submit the draft APBDes to the Camat to be evaluated again, after which the regulation was passed into village regulation. The planning process to evaluate the planning of the Village Revenue and Expenditure Budget (APBDes) is in accordance with the Minister of Home Affairs Regulation (Pemendagri) No. 113 of 2014, namely in article 20 to article 23 Based on the results of this study, it is expected that the Fatutasu Village Goverment of West Miomaffo District, Timor Tengah Utara District should improve the quality of Human Resources for each Village Fund management team. As well as the need for transparency of information coveyed to the community in Village Fund Management so as to increase community participation in achieving the objectives of Village Fund planning.
