Abstract

The thesis entitled "Analysis of local government financial performance in districts 1111d cities in the Province of East Nusa Tenggara", by Ratnadilla Ukkas NIM 811211046, is a paper on research done by Dr. Thomas Ola Langoday, SE, M.Si and Dr. Simon Sia Niha, SE M.Sc. The purpose of this study was to determine: 1) Significance ofthe effect of Economic Growth, Labor, Capital Expenditures, and Personnel Expenditure Partially on the Financial Performance of District and Municipal Governments in NTT. 2) The simultaneous significance of the influence of Economic Growth, Labor, Capital Expenditures, and Personnel Expenditures on Regional Financial Performance in Regencies and Cities in NIT. This study used a quantitative method, the samples used in this study were regencies and cities in East Nusa Tenggara Province, totaling 21 regencies and 1 city. Data was collected by documentation techniques and analyzed using Eviews. .Observations in this study use Panel Data from 2017-2021 The results of the study show that simultaneously Economic Growth, Labor, Capital Expenditure, and Personnel Expenditure have a significant effect on Regional Financial Performance, while partially Economic Growth and Manpower have a positive and insignificant effect on Regional Financial Performance, Personnel Expenditure and Capital Expenditure have a positive effect and significant to Regional Government Financial Performance. The R square value indicates that the contribution of Economic Growth, Labor, Capital Expenditure and Personnel Expenditure is 95.63%, while the rest is influenced by other variables that were not examined in this study. Based on the results of this study, it can be suggested to the East Nusa Tenggara Province government to further optimize local revenue sources from various sectors. which can increase regional revenues so that regiona1 governments are no longer dependent on revenues originating from the center. And for academics or related institutions it is necessary to .carry out further research to perfect this research by extending the research.
