Abstract

A university is a form of further education institution called a college and has faculties, within these faculties there are various departments or study programs. The Faculty of Engineering UNWIRA is a faculty that has three study programs namely Architecture Study Program, Civil Engineering Study Program, and Computer Science Study Program. At the Faculty of Engineering, many assets owned by the Faculty of Engineering include land, building and goods assets, in which land and building assets are managed by the University, namely the General Bureau and property assets are managed by each Study Program and Faculty. However, in the current inventory process there is no computerized system that can store inventory information data, so the process carried out so far for the three study programs is still manual which is written in a book or with the help of Microsoft Excel. Based on the problems above, it is necessary to create an Asset Data Collection Information System website for the Faculty of Engineering in carrying out asset data collection, the development of this system uses the Waterfall method and the PHP programming language and MYSQL database. The results of this research are a website that can assist managers in collecting asset data such as item data, inventory categories, inventory whereabouts, inventory quantities, incoming goods, borrowing processes, and returns processes.
