Abstract

State Junior High School 4 Kupang is one of the schools located in Kupang City. In 2015 the number of employees is 55 people consisting of 45 teachers and 10 staff. Some of the employees do credit in banks with monthly installments of 60% and cooperatives 1.5%. The credit process was initially performed in the bank in accordance with the salary amount of the employee. If the employee concerned wants to do the credit, then the Treasurer should see the remaining salary of the employee. Then made a system that can make a warning in making credit that aims to regulate financial personnel using artificial neural network method is Backpropagation. The method used in this research is using Waterfall method with several stages namely analysis, design, coding, testing, and maintenance. Tools used to build applications are Netbeans 8.1, MySQL Xampp Database V3.2.2. From this research yield accuracy level of 88 % with error rate 0,0001, warning data of each employee along with report.
