Abstract
This study aims to describe the implementation of the cooperative learning model index card match type in class 8, to describe the mathematics learning achievement of class VIII students of state junior high school 1 kupang students of state junior high school 1 kupang in the cooperative learning index card match type and to know whether or not there is influence cooperative learning type index card match against mathematics learning achievement of junior high school students. This research is a pre- experimental design method, 0ne group pretest posttest. The sample in this study were 8th grade students of state junior high school 1 kupang totaling 30 students. The data used in this study are observation data and mathematics learning achievement tests of students from the experimental class by applying the index card match learning model. Data obtained were analyzed using quantitative descriptive and SPSS22. The sresults of this study indicate that the implementation of learning using the index card match learning model on class VIII students of 1 kupang state junior high school is classified as very good. Mathematics learning achievement of class VIII students mathematics learning achievement. Therefore, the authors suggest that teachers be able to apply the index card match learning model to learning in the classroom.
