Abstract
Flores Manggarai Coffee is one of the best coffees in Indonesia. This coffee comes from the highlands of Manggarai Regency, Flores. Flores Manggarai coffee has a complex taste, a balanced combination of sour, sweet and bitter flavors. The problem that occurs is the difficulty in determining quality coffee beans. The aim is to build a decision support system application for determining quality coffee beans. The benefit is that it can help coffee traders in selecting quality coffee beans and can make a profit and produce quality coffee drinks too. The software development method is PHP 8, MySQL Database Management Sysrem, Windows 10, Bootsrap, and Sublime Text 3. The results of SPK's research on determining quality coffee beans using the AHP method show that the criteria for water content are 0.063, dirt content is 0.045, bean size is 0.035. From the results of the comparison between the criteria, the Arabica alternative received first place with a value of 0.126 and the robusta alternative received second place with a value of 0.022.
