Abstract

Village-Owned Enterprises (BUMDES) have a crucial role in supporting development and welfare at the village level. However, there are still problems in its operational efficiency and effectiveness, especially in the recording and reporting process which is still carried out manually by Tesuka BUMDES in Tehong Village, Ndoso District. This manual method is prone to errors and takes a long time, especially in calculating and reporting stock and renting goods such as tents,chairs,sound systems,keyboards,projectors,fertilizers, rice,and agricultural medicine. Lack of effective monitoring and supervision by the Village Consultative Body (BPD) is also a problem, resulting in incomplete data and potential misuse.To overcome this challenge,it is necessary to develop a BUMDES monitoring application that aims to improve the management and monitoring of Tesuka BUMDES efficiently and transparently. This application will simplify the recording and reporting process and provide real-time monitoring capabilities to BPD. From the test results with the black box method, it can be seen that the system is able to run the process with its respective functions well. All elements in the system carry out the process properly. All buttons and menus provided can also carry out the process according to their respective functions. The system is able to run the login process by the Admin, village head, manager and supervisor.
