Abstract

UPTD SD Inpres Oesapa Kecil 1 (SDIOK1) is an elementary school located in West Oesapa Village, Kupang City. Problems that often occur in SDIOK1 are generally limitations in data processing such as teacher data, student data, grades that are often recorded late, and absenteeism. The aim of this research is to engineer an academic information system, especially at UPTD SD Inpres Oesapa Kecil 1 as an effort to develop technology so that it helps in managing academic data, teaching and learning processes, attendance, grades, and printing report cards which are still manual to be done with the help of software so that they can save time. This system engineering uses the PHP programming language by utilizing the notepad++ application as a coding editor. The results obtained from this research are an academic information system that can manage teacher and student data, lesson schedules, attendance, exam schedules, grades, online quizzes/exams, upload materials and assignments and can answer assignments by uploading answer files in PDF format and report cards. which can be printed.
