Abstract

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is a social program that provides conditional cash assistance to Very Poor Households (RTSM) in Indonesia. Wologai Village in Ende District is one of the areas that participates in the implementation of PKH, but the distribution of funds is often not on target. The distribution of PKH funds in Wologai Village, Ende Regency, experienced problems with inaccurate targeting as seen from fluctuations in the number of aid recipients from year to year. From 2019 to 2023, the number of aid recipients showed a significant decline, indicating that there were errors in the distribution of funds by village officials. This error was caused by the lack of a system that could accurately select aid recipients. To overcome this problem, an application was built by implementing the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method which can help village officials in selecting PKH aid recipients on target. The Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method is used to determine PKH recipients based on the weighted sum of each alternative for each predetermined criterion. It is hoped that the application of the SAW method can minimize errors and save time in the process of determining PKH aid recipients. The result of the SAW method is a ranking of each alternative that is worthy of receiving PKH and that is not worthy of receiving PKH according to the value obtained.
