Abstract
Research has been carried out on the identification of secondary metabolite compounds in bamboo, raw materials for traditional oil concoctions and traditional oil concoctions of the Sandosi Adonara community. The aim of this research is to determine the compound content in raw plant materials in medicinal oil concoctions (laruna roots, mumgus Teki roots and eucalyptus bark) and the resulting medicinal oil concoctions. The method used is extraction using 96% ethanol solvent. The results obtained showed that there were 6 compounds in laruna roots, 7 compounds in mmgur seki roots and 4 compounds in eucalyptus bark. Meanwhile, there are 3 compounds identified in traditional oil, namely, rioctanotu, trilaurin and 2-laure-1-thecom.
