Abstract

The system in UUPA determines that the types of land rights are open, meaning that there are still opportunities for the addition of new types of land rights that will be determined by law. The service method used is legal counseling by involving local village officials. The purpose of this service is so that the community can find out the policies issued by the local government in tackling problems related to the status of land rights. The TTU Regional Government issued two policies, namely the roll exchange policy and the area review policy so that the sasi village community can find out the clear land status that the community is dealing with. With the government in place, private law administrative matters regarding land can be controlled. The control of land controlled by the state and intended for the welfare of the community through the ownership permit process submitted by the community to the government can be carried out conducively. The TTU Regional Government issued two policies, namely the roll exchange policy and the area review policy so that the people of the sasi village can know the clear land status that the community is dealing with. The importance of the results of this service is that the community can find out the policies issued by the government on land tenure by the local government for the welfare of the community.
