Abstract

Problem in the study (1) What is the description of the numberof BPJS and NON BPJS patient visits And the receip of fees at the corret RSUPP .(2) How does the number of BPJS patient visits patiently affect the teceipt of fees at the RSUPP. (3) How does the number of BPJS patient visits simultaneously affect the teceipt of fees at the RSUPP. The purpose of this study was to find a (1) description of BPJS patiend visits Non BPJS patient visits and retribusi acceptance of health services in the border buffer general Hospital of Malaccadistrict. (2) To know the visits of BPJS patients and Non BPJS patients partilly influences the acceptance of retribusi health services in the border Hospital General Betun district of Malacca. (3) To find out the influence of BPJS patients visits and Non BPJS patients simultaneously influence yhe reception of health services in the border buffer General Hospital Betun Malacca district.This study uses quantitative, the data source used in this study is secondary data tables, diagram – diagrams or about the research topic whit a significant of 5%. There are population data for January 2014 – December 2018 and 60 samples in this study then processed using eviews 10 and analyzed using regerssion models and inferential statistics whit 4 tets namely 1) Classic Assumption Test 2) Mutiplelinear Regression Analiysis 3) Hypothesys Testing 4) Analysis of The Coefficient of Determination (R 2 ) of 0.406004 meaning 40,60% the dependent variable acceptance of fees is explained by the independent variables of BPJS and Non BPJS patient visits. While the reaming 59.4% is explained by other things not included in the capital. The research result obtained partially BPJS patient visits variable positive and significant effect on the variable acceptance of fees at the Malacca District Hospital. While the visit of Non BPJS patients had no significant effect on the variable of acceptance of Retribution in Tun Malacca Hospital.Coefficient of detrmination (R²) The results of the study are ex pected by the government to pay more attention to the various service available in Hospital to increase the level of receipof fees.For further research mus be able to provide developing independent variables related to the number of BPJS and Non BPJS patient visits that influence.
