Abstract

This study focuses on raw material of concrete bricks at Usaha Batako Kuda Putih Terbang Soverdi, which provision decreases and increases. The statement of the problems is as follow: How much are the economic order quantity of white earth raw material, cement, water, in every order? When is the reorder point of white earth raw material, and cement? How much are the safety stock of white earth raw material, cement and water? How much is TIC (Total Inventory cost) of white earth raw material, cement and water provided by Usaha Batako Kuda Putih Terbang Soverdi? The results of data analysis show that Economic Order Quantity (EOQ) in 2020 of white earth is 96 ret, cement is 204 sacks. Reorder Point of white earth is 90 ret, cementis 800 sacks. Safety stock of white earth is 45 ret, cement is 408 sacks, 72.000 litre of water. The Total Inventory Cost of white earth is Rp 7.055.274, cement is Rp 886.228, the water is Rp 370.660. it is suggested to this Enterprise to count the provision of raw material according to EOQ, ROP, SS, and TIC to control the raw material provision efficiently.
