Abstract

This study aims to determine perception of the four variables and the significant influence between the variables based on the value of the respondents' answers to the questionnaire. The type of research used in this study is quantitative research uses a survey analysis method. The results show that there are responses and influences of respondents with varying values based on the Likert scale on leadership style having a fairly good to good range with a percentage of fifty two point sixty three to eighty two point seventy four percent, assessor competence has a good range with a percentage of eighty two point thirty four to eighty two point seventy four percent, assessor performance has a good range with a percentage of seventy eight point ninety five to eighty four point forty two percent, and motivation has a good range with a value range of eighty one point fifty eight to eighty two point thirty two percent. While the relationship between Leadership Style and Assessor Competence has a positive and significant effect on Assessor Performance, but only has a relative and insignificant effect on motivation. And the relationship between Leadership Style and Assessor Competence on Assessor Performance with Motivation as an Intervening Variable only shows a relative and insignificant effect.
