Abstract

The influence of educational level and health Against poverty in East Nusa Tenggara Province ". Outline of the problem in this study are 1) How big is the influence of educational level in partial and simultaneously against poverty in the county town of East Nusa Tenggara province? 2) how big the influence of partial health level and simultaneously against poverty in the county town of East Nusa Tenggara province. The purpose of this research is to 1) to test and analyze the influence of level of education against poverty in East Nusa Tenggara province Year 2013- 2017. 2) to test and analyze influence of level of health against poverty in the province Nusa Tenggara Timur Year 2013-2017. This research uses Data secondary data , i.e. data obtained directly from the Central Bureau of statistics in the form of quantitative data consisting of poverty data, education levels and life expectancy of the year 2013-2017 significant rate, with 5%. There are 105 samples in this research are then processed using Eviews 9 and analysed using a regression model data and statistics panel inferensial with four tests i.e. Test the assumption 1) Classic, 2 multiple linear regression analysis), 3) Test the hypothesis, 4) Analysis coefficient determination (R2). The research results obtained: 1) educational level and Health effect simultaneously and significantly to Poverty, 2). The level of Education and Health effect in partial and significantly to poverty. With the results of the determination of the Coefficient of Goodness of fit test (R2) of 0,9703 or 97,03 % of the dependent Variable (Poverty) are able to be explained by variables-variables independent of education level (X 1), Level Health(X 2). While the 2.97% the rest is explained by other variable variable not included in this research. With the results of this study suggested to the Government of East Nusa Tenggara Province make policy - policy that can increase education and and health so it will have an impact on declining poverty levels . For further research can Add non related variables as well as add a longer period of time so that the results are representative.
