Abstract

Tawo Rara Village in Southwest Sumba Regency has a population of around 2,659 people, the majority of whom are farmers with relatively low levels of education. Until now, the governance process in Tawo Rara Village has been conducted conventionally due to a lack of adequate manpower. However, this is considered common practice despite the fact that governance affairs in the village are hindered by a lack of adaptation to rapidly evolving technology. Many residents are dissatisfied with the performance of the village government, particularly regarding the management of village funds, which is perceived as lacking in transparency. This community service activity begins with the identification of system needs, followed by system development, testing, and deployment. Once the system is ready for use, socialization and training are conducted as a form of knowledge transfer to the village government and the local community. Based on the results of implementation and testing, the developed application can assist village officials in recording planned activities and monitoring the progress of activities, making it easily accessible to all village residents. It is hoped that, by leveraging technology and digitalization, the village government can achieve development goals more effectively and provide better public services to the community. This is also expected to help create a more advanced, sustainable, and inclusive village.
